The phone service had a few technical issues in the first few days which were related to using my old analogue handset with an adaptor. Some written instructions would have helped with this. However all has been running smoothly since. I also appreciate knowing when calls are received on my old terrestrial number as they route to my mobile simultaneously
I ordered 45 tulip bulbs last October described as 'perennials' and pictured as being pink with green at the base and white with green at the base. Every bulb came up bright scarlet which is very disappointing. I could have got these at my local supermarket!

The ‘loyal’ tarrif is double the price of my previous Octopus fixed tarrif yet on switching to the new plan an an ‘outstanding’ sum is still added to my monthly payment. This makes me ask what a ‘ fixed’ price actually means if there is going to be an extra amount over and above the so- called ‘fixed’ price?

Your ‘Fixed term’ relates to your tariff, this prevents your prices from increasing during the fixed period. Our unit rate and standing charge will not change until the end of the fixed term. The amount you’re charged is always going to be dependent on the amount of energy you use. When we recommend increasing the direct debit it is because your current direct debit is not covering your usage and we want to ensure that as you go into the winter period your debit is not building up. The Staff went the 'extra mile' to be helpful in staying open late on a Saturday in the hope that my roadside recovery vehicle might reach the garage before closing time, however I was not recovered in time to make it, and had to leave my car with its punctured tyre parked at the premises over the weekend. Tyre mended punctually on Monday. Pity they had insufficient time to assess the likely cause of the puncture for me though.
My Order was delivered promptly within 2 days and packaged securely. The range of colours and glass types is considerable, and it is helpful that all sharp edges have been made safe by tumbling

An economic and ‘clean’ background on which to exhibit work which is light in weight. Best used in a place where there is no draught, as the card can blow over in the wind even if affixed to walls or surfaces with double-sided tape.
