Incomplete orders and bad customer service
We have bought this product before, and while the tabs themselves are pretty good and we like them, we have had problems with delivery and unresponsive customer service.
We have not received our complete order and when contacting the company, they haven't answered.
This time, just 1/4 of the order arrived. It has been 2 weeks and we have not gotten any response from Happy Tabs. This is not the first time, last time our order was incomplete too and the company never responded for the missing product.
It's a shame because we liked the product and we have been ordering for over a year.
