Not receiving my order for a while now
Echoing as everyone else, I have been a customer for several years now and I loved the Happy Tabs products but it has been messy since April 2025, I have only received 1 order out of 3 that were charged.. (my orders from May and August 2025 were never delivered). Happy Tabs is also not responding to email, which I am a little frustrated and annoyed about. No communication is never the way to go.

I wish I could give them minus stars, because I'm minus in money, order and communication.

We have been a customer for multiple years but it seems Happy Tabs is going through some challenges. I recently didn't receive my order (I was charged my subscription fee) and was unable to get in contact with them about this.
Hopefully they sort out their challenges and we can become customer again, because these tabs have been very good.
Unacceptable delivery and customer service
More than eight weeks ago, we ordered some products. First of all, I find it unacceptable that a company charges you for a subscription if you fail to check out a box during a purchase (it should be the other way around). Because of this, we had two orders (one from the original order and one from the unintended subscription). We sent numerous emails to inform about the delayed delivery and to ask the company to cancel the unintended second order, but have never received a response. After receiving no delivery updates, we finally received half of the order after 5 weeks. Eight weeks and counting we still have not received the rest of the order and we have yet to receive one reply to our many emails. The product itself may be of excellent quality, but this kind of delivery and customer service is unacceptable and even borders on illegal seller practices.
6 weeks waiting and still nothing
Put an order on 24th april and still nothing. Tried to contact on site support and through the "order confirmed" mail but nothing. And it seems I am not the only one whose order was never delivered ...
Order never got delivered
We've always been happy with Happy Tabs yet this time we're still waiting for the order we paid for a month ago. We have emailed a few times but we don't get any response. We've been loyal customers for quite a while and have got a subscription. I really don't want to change toothpastes but it would be nice if we got our money back or our order finally got delivered. Some communication about it would also be greatly appreciated.

I ordered on their website over a month ago, and I still haven't received my package. I tried to contact them, but there has been no answer what so ever. I don't recommend this site at all. Their products are great, but it's certainly hard to get a product that never arrives

Unresponsive customer support
I have a subscription at happy tabs, and am happy with their product. However, I am very unhappy with their service recently. My order did not get delivered. I have tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times now, and haven't received any response yet. They did charge my card, so currently I paid for nothing at all.

Incomplete orders and bad customer service
We have bought this product before, and while the tabs themselves are pretty good and we like them, we have had problems with delivery and unresponsive customer service.
We have not received our complete order and when contacting the company, they haven't answered.
This time, just 1/4 of the order arrived. It has been 2 weeks and we have not gotten any response from Happy Tabs. This is not the first time, last time our order was incomplete too and the company never responded for the missing product.
It's a shame because we liked the product and we have been ordering for over a year.

Customer service...
Made my order on the 17th of January and it only arrived on the 7th of February. I love Happy Tabs products but the customer service (which I contacted twice) works really bad. If I didn't know that their products were already good, I would never again buy from them. Anyway, I think what makes a great company isn't just their products but the way they treat their clients... and that has a lot to improve in my opinion. Improve that... and you'll rock!
The delivery was fast and smooth
The delivery was fast and smooth. I have been using Happy Tabs for a couple of years now. I keep on ordering them because of all hard toothpaste I tried this one have the best test and texture.
Major shipment delay, lack of support
I ordered my product on Sept 24. Three days later, I received an email saying that due to a technical difficulty, the orders would be delayed, but hopefully sent the following week. In the meanwhile, I asked for confirmation as to whether I had been signed up for a subscription or a one-time purchase. No response. Ten days after my purchase, by which time it should have been shipped based on their notice, I sent another email, requesting an update on the shipment. Again, no response. And today, 30 days later, I still have no response and no product (I am away from home for an extended period, so if the product has been delivered, it hasn’t been communicated to me). I don’t think I was aggressive or insulting in my emails, so I’m confused and frustrated that nobody will respond and give an update on a product that was ordered a month ago.
Good product, Delivery hiccup
I love their products and so I bought again for the second time. I encountered a few hiccups with the delivery system but the customer service is really nice and responsive.
Once suggestion I would give them to not use postnl service maybe if that is what is causing this delayed and lost deliveries.

I was a bit apprehensive about using these but I found they are so easy to use. My teeth feel very clean after use. And as I don't like strong mint tastes, I find the mint flavour is just enough for me.
