Their oddly staffed, underqualified personel and frankly obtuse methods, combined with too long stays in substandard facilities, are not what I would wish on a prisoner in jail. Most other patients seem to be experiencing housing issues. Subjecting fragile people to their bizarre non-regime is counterintuitive and, forvthis 'client' couterproductive. Please never let yourself be duped into this madhouse facility. UPDATE 9 March: moved to an even filthier, lower standard unit and forced to share shower and toilet facilities with disturbed older gentleman. This cannot be ok.

Update: the package did arrive 4 days later. The package was undamaged and according to my husbandthe driver was super apologetic. I'm so sorry he did not get the driver's name but whoever you are, thank you for caring!

No way to contact, including for retailer who also cannot find my package. disappeared into the ethernet and "automated" customer service = no customer service. UNTIL THEY FIX THIS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--it makes you look bad to your customers.

Site makes filtering for right size, shape, type very easy, which is great because selection is huge. Rug was good price even before the 30% off sale price we paid. Super quality; looked exactly like image on site. Delivery was really fast even under Covid conditions. Honestly could not be happier with site experience, delivery experience, and most of all our beautiful rug.

Very good site; fun brands I would not usually find in one place. Delivery next day every time I've ordered. Order always arrives beautifully packaged. Only returned one item and this was processed and refunded almost as quickly as original order. Highly recommended.
