Excellent service. I needed a plug adapter that would work with a champion 5.5kva generator. It's not a big sale for them, just a simple plug. They were really helpful on the phone answering my questions about it before I ordered. Once I ordered I couldn't get a copy of the invoice as it didn't sync with my account correctly. I emailed and first thing they sent a copy of the invoice. These are all little things and the order was only a little order but they genuinely cared, very efficient service and wanted to help. You can't ask for much more IMO.

Absolutely brilliant service. I was able to WhatsApp these guys, send pictures of what I needed and they were super helpful. I didn't order a vac but parts for mine. The products are top notch. I read a lot of guys online banging on about making their own accessories etc but the savings would have been negligible, given the service and quality I found I'm glad I ordered them direct and didn't go the DIY route. The reinforced gutter hose is absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.
