So my Shih Tzu is 14 and a very fussy!!

So my Shih Tzu is 14 and a very fussy eater and always has been. She had lost lots of weight lately and was poorly with eye ulcer. We took her to vet and got some eye ointment and the vet said she was very underweight and said she has lost a lot lately. We’ve always given her Royal Canin as thought it was the best food and we spent a lot buying it and then throwing it away as she would graze and then not eat for a day or so. We would give her salmon and chicken mince and she would eat it all but I wasn’t sure she was getting enough nutrients from it.
I really thought she was coming to the end as had lost so much weight.

I saw an advert for a trial of Butternut Box and thought I would try her on it. She scoffed the first lot like she was starving. Since then she eats every dinner we put in front of her. Her coat is shiny again and she has put on weight and her tail is back wagging. She seems more alert and happier. I am over the moon with the change in her and these are so convenient to pop in the freezer and defrost. There is no waste so thank you so so much for making my dogs days happy again.

NO CUSTOMER CARE !!!

Rayleigh Weir, Essex - disappointed. Paid for my car to be serviced and MOT £284 pounds at end January and the first Saturday they had was tomorrow. Had several reminders and then tonight at 7.15 Adam called to say they have to cancel as their MOT guy has had to leave. I obviously wasn’t happy as my MOT expires on Tuesday. I then asked if he could book me in for Monday and he said no as we are fully booked. He said the next day would be Wednesday in Grays which is miles away. I said it wasn’t good enough and they have my money. He then said sorry our guy had to go because his Dad is dying. First rule is never try and make a customer feel guilty because of a private situation. I asked him as my MOT expires on Tuesday could he not cancel someone on Monday and he said so you expect me to cancel another customer cause I’m cancelling you. He then went on To say he has had to stay past his time tonight to call me to cancel. I asked for his name and told him I would be putting a complaint in as they have my money and cannot fit my car in and he told me he is in charge of the whole area of Halfords and if I complain it will be him dealing with the complaint. Totally arrogant and not caring it leaves me in a precarious situation without an MOT and also told me it will take 3-5 days for a refund. I will be complaining not because they have cancelled but because he tried to guilt trip me twice. Firstly I do feel bad for the guy who has had to go home because his father “is dying” I do not feel guilty Adam had to stay behind to cancel appointments and maybe Adam needs a lesson in how to treat customer’s especially as he has had my money and is happy to leave me with no MOT after Halfords have had my money for over a month. A massive company like Halfords cannot rearrange their diary to do the works which have been paid for is simply not good enough.

My sister bought a car and when driving…

My sister bought a car and when driving it the bite was high. She took it to a local garage and the clutch had gone. Then they said the belt needed doing and several other things. She got a second opinion and exactly same from a different garage. It’s just cost her £1,480 plus Vat so £1700. All the issues cinch say are not covered as classed as wear and tear issues. My sister really needed a decent car and paid £6,000 for an 18 plate car. So now has cost her nearly £8000. Absolute disgrace and I will ensure none of my friends or family ever buy from these cowboys again.

Had a great service. I had called the day before to make enquiries on a. Sofa and they promised me a call. They called me dead on time and we have ordered our sofa now.

We thought the hotel was clean and well…

We thought the hotel was clean and well looked after. We thought the drinks were awful but the food was good. Too far out of the way of everywhere. The town is run down and not much to do. Jet 2 didn’t tell
Hotel my husband has broken his leg and needed ground floor room
Even though we paid extra for a ground floor sea view room. We had to live out of suitcase for two days until we could be moved to ground floor and struggle upstairs each time we needed to go to room.

I gave a 3 star as was without a…

I gave a 3 star as was without a washing machine for 3 weeks which was very difficult. A part was ordered even though guy said the part he felt was obsolete and surprise surprise it didn’t arrive and then I had to wait another week for a replacement so a month without a washing machine with four adults was very difficult.

The new washing machine so far works well.
