Had a problem with billing which I feel was not really resolved as living alone and barely using electricity. I am referring to previous correspondence with yourselves stating costings.
I find you a pleasant company and feel at ease but I keep on referring to cost. I feel I have a good rapport with Destiny but I would really like a review of my cost in the past. I really do not want to move providers but some of my friends have commented on my past bills.
