First Class service and delivery

I’m delighted with the sofa, chair and footstool we ordered and they arrived earlier than expected.
The delivery team were brilliant, from the phone call to arrange delivery all the way through to the guys that brought the furniture in and removed all packaging etc.
First class job thanks!

Awful pillow

I ordered the dual pillow and have persevered for 4 nights but it’s awful.
The pillow feels really nice until you lie on it. I’m a side sleeper and sleep with my hand under the pillow. The pillow disappears when you lie on it and it feels like I’m just lying on my hand.
After four awful nights sleep, a sore neck/shoulder and banging headache, I’m done!
A costly mistake!

Everyone’s sleep needs are different, and we’re sorry that the Dual Pillow hasn’t worked for you, particularly as a side sleeper. Neck and shoulder pain is the last thing we’d want anyone to experience.

Great service and knowledgable staff

We had great service from Veer in the Altrincham branch. He helped us choose a mattress etc for the bed we chose. He was knowledgable, helpful and efficient. I would happily recommend.
(Another mention for Kam in the White City Branch where we originally saw the bed we bought, she was also excellent)

I picked the right one!

I’m generally a short hair person but after recently growing my hair, I starting looking for a set of straighteners.
I looked at the Dyson Corale, GHD’s and Cloudnine. I was a bit seduced by Dyson as I have their hairdryer but, after reading lots of reviews and asking my long haired friends, I went for Cloudnine.
I’m really thrilled with them, they heat up so quickly and straighten really well. I’m not very good with my hair but have tried a few waves with them and it’s worked a treat.
Delighted!

NEVER ORDER ONLINE IF THERES ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NEED YO RETURN

Everything was fine until I needed to return two items I’d ordered online.
The returns process didn’t work, I travelled into the store but they wouldn’t refund. They have eventually refunded one of the items but not the other. Nobody will call me/speak to me. I will never order from House of Fraser again and will tell everyone I know not too also


UPDATE - THEY NEVER DID PHONE ME (AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD BELOW) AND NEVER DID THE REFUND FOR THE TROUSERS THEY HAD BACK.
