DO NOT TRUST HALFORDS WITH YOUR DATA.I have reported a data breach to them 3 times and they don’t care and will not respond. They have sent me the registration number and vehicle details of a car I do not own and have never owned . They continue to do this randomly. No payment requested, and nothing from my account has been paid…ever They just keep sending me a random persons car details and invoice details.

I have used Petshop online must be over a dozen times for Essentials dog food. Price is good and delivery is excellent. When accidentally ordered the wrong pack size returns were really easy. Good company

Ordered 3 T-shirts quality is fine, would like to have traded up to premium but the colours were limited. The designs are fantastic! - but I’ve learned with T-public NEVER wash above 30 degrees or the image will decay fast. Wash at lowest temp possible. But broadly happy with product and turnaround time to the UK.

Purchased a savage gear Sgs4 travel rod which was significantly cheap than elsewhere online. Communication was good and advised there maybe some delay over the Xmas/ Jan crossover. In effect there wasn’t. Item was packed shipped and received with tracking in excellent time - would use again.

Purchased a bouquet for my wife’s birthday. Traded up to large and ended up with what I would call a medium bouquet feeling very underwhelmed. Feels like you are buying flowers from an online aggregator of independent florists which will have huge variances from the photograph of the product on Eflorist display. I like to support an independent florist so my advice would be to do that. These guys have TERRIBLE customer service online only ! with poor reasoning. Ignore the perceived ‘discount’ and the paid search ads in google - contact your local florist.

Load & Go : Communication is good Turn up on time. Courteous and respectful of my property - most of all you know the waste will not end up tipped in a farmer’s field entrance. Worth paying for that security when everything is traceable in this day and age. Good company.

Great customer service and prices - payment method seemed clunky and had to use Amazon pay facility in the end which morally I would have preferred not to do.
