I purchased tickets for a soccer game on their website. On the purchase page it stated student and children tickets are $15. I purchased 3 tickets, for a 4yo, 14yo and 16yo. After purchasing the tickets a friend advised that children under 16yo do not pay and are granted free admission.

I emailed megatix to request a refund for the 4yo and 14yo tickets purchased —- However, i was advised then, that there is a “no refund policy”. — purchase page is very misleading. You should add in the same sentence for children tickets that under 16yo do not pay. —- Buyer beware!! Misleading advertising.

I was offered $350 free credit if i purchased items to the value of $70+ on my cart. I constanstly received popup messages in the app, only 2 more items to $350 free credit, then only 1 item left to receive $350 free credit. I don’t see the credit in my temu account. If you cannot grant me the credit promised, i would like to my group order placed yesterday and delete my Temu account.. scammed me into buying more items through app notifications.

I have spoken to temu staff already and they would not honour the $350 credit. Instead i was offered a $20 voucher. Appalling service

I bought steering wheel button covers for my car’s steering wheel. I received most if the buttons but 1 was missing. I messaged the seller asking if they would ship the missing button, but no reply.

I then opened a case on aliexpress but was denied the claim due to not having the postal envelope and the case was closed on the sellers favour. Appalling service. I closed my account and will not be using your website in the future.

Received my delivery today in Perth. I was sitting near the front door and heard a parcel being thrown from a distance landing at my front door. Luckily the contents weren’t damaged —— appalling service by your couriers. Was not aware this is how you deliver your parcels!!

I stood at the service desk for over 10 minutes waiting to be served (picking up a trailer booking) while both staff were on the phone, trying not to make eye contact with me.. I was the only customer at the desk - Appalling service Kennards Cannington.. i do not recommend

They don’t have a signup page on their website. Left messages on their website regarding a new account. No replies. Appalling service

I called in today to have a parcel re-delivered. After waiting 10min for a staff, i finally spoke to someone - only to be advised that the correct tracking number is not showing on their system and transferred me again to a different department waiting on hold for over 30min.

Finally got through and was advised it was the same department as the previous staff. It turns out that James the previous staff did not want to continue the conversation and decided to transfer me to the same department for another staff to help instead. Appalling service.

Ordered online and paid with afterpay checking out as a guest. Did not receive the order confirmation email from kmart but received the afterpay order email with the kmart order number stated as well.

I received the items but 2 products were too big. I took it in to kmart carousel and showed them the order id. I was told that i could not return or exchange the items as i did not have the order confirmation email from kmart.

Lodged a ticket online on kmart website with no response.

Poor customer service!

I purchased botox serum and neck cream from this company. Their product videos, description and images portrayed these products to work effortlessly. I was excited when receiving both products about a month later.

However, after using the neck cream and botox serum they did not show any difference on the treated area. This product does not work as seen in the videos —- Do not be fooled by the false and misleading advertising.

I contacted the company through their support page. They replied almost instantly to my initial email but after i replied, mentioning to return both items, they have not replied to any emails since. It’s been over a month. Poor customer Service.

Luckily i paid through PayPal, opened a case and was able to get a refund for both products — significantly not as described by the seller.

Rude customer service staff over the phone. My partner was applying for a personal loan over the phone with a staff. Phone staff very rude and even though we’ve been with commonwealth bank for years, they threatened to hang up the phone unless i left the room while my partner was going to rough the application. Appalling!!

My experience is dealing with paramountdigital.com.au is not great. There have been ups and downs throughout the whole process. Customer service very bad. Even though we cancelled our second project and removed for all mailing lists, they still find a way to send emails to me.

Ordered 3 items from Ikea online to be picked up from the beckenham location. Called in to cancel 1 of the items. Was told by ikea staff that the item can only be cancelled at the beckenham pick up location. When i went to the beckenham location to cancel the 1 item i was told that it can only be cancelled by the ikea staff over the phone. In the end i had to keep the item.

Poor customer service IKEA being passed from 1 staff to another. I won’t be buying anything from Ikea for a while. 0 stars!!

I experienced this on the 24 Feb. Its been over 3 weeks and Have not had any replies from ikea yet…. Very bad customer service IKEA!!

1 star for post sales customer service. Staff don’t follow through with whats promised over the phone.

Did not receive my chicken big mac burger ordered for delivery and had ti watch everyone else eat their meals.

I lodge a complaint and only received $10 instead of the $16.05 i paid for the burger. Appalling service!

I contacted you through your website twice and have also sent emails but have not received any replies. Can you conform if you will be processing my order or if you will be issuing a refund to me?

I’ve been waiting for more than 4 months for my application to be assessed. I’ve tried calling through every morning for the past 2 weeks as early as 8.30am but told that all phone staff are busy —- Does not seem like Centrelink wants to assist… Poor service

The car was delivered sooner than expected which was great but after following up on scratch marks and a broken spotlight glass —- I was told that they cannot replace/ repair…. even though i had photos of the condition of the car prior to dropping st their depot. Disappointed in your service.

I had a mediator from Prixcar contact me through email last week Friday 14/07/23, advising that she’s looking into the issue. 5 days later and I have have not heard back from the mediator nor received any replies from Prixcar since.
