Brilliant Customer service

Brilliant Customer service - as always for NFD. I love that you can ring and speak to a human without having to answer 5 questions to a Bot who doesn’t understand.
I spoke to Carm who was brilliant, she is finding out for me when an item will be arriving and she sent me an email to confirm. So many companies could learn a lot about CS from NFD.

Amazing staff & Beautiful products

I absolutely love shopping at Oka Knutsford & do so regularly. Yes the products are beautiful but it’s the staff that really make the difference. They are so helpful & friendly & its such a lovely atmosphere

Brilliant Customer Service

Ellie and Katy were amazing. I wanted one order to consist of 2 separate gifts (but to come to me) and an order for myself. The gifts included gift vouchers but I didn't want to send them virtually. They came up with a solution, took the order over the phone and just sent me the basket to pay. Superb service.

I wouldn’t buy anywhere else

I wouldn’t buy anywhere else! The quality of the goods and the outstanding customer service from every single member of staff is fantastic. Having moved house earlier this year I have bought from a lot of different departments there! Tom and Jake came and laid my new carpet yesterday in the whole of the upstairs of my house and the stairs. They were very efficient; very friendly and courteous; and very tidy. I am thrilled with my new carpet and they made the whole experience very easy. They were also so respectful of my cats who are not allowed out through the front door onto the road.

Amazing Customer service

I have been an EV owner for a while but have just moved house and have installed a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro. I was trying to connect to it via the Octopus app and was having problems in that it wouldn’t accept my password. I dealt with Nancy who was amazing; took ownership of the issue; got it resolved and kept updating me even on her day off. Brilliant customer service and I’m delighted with the charger, it’s much better than my old one.

Excellent Customer Service

There was a small mark on one of the cushions. The Customer Service were brilliant and made it all so simple to swap. They sent me a return label and also sent the replacement as soon as I had sent them proof of the return. All very straightforward. Things will always go wrong, it’s how you deal with them that matter. Plus they are lovely cushions!

Brilliant customer service from Ewan

I rang and spoke to Ewan this morning, she was so helpful and efficient and sorted it all out for me very quickly. I am an ATG+ member and needed to change my ticket for tomorrow because of illness, at less than the required members 48 hours notice, she persuaded the theatre to agree. I now have a voucher to re-use.

Simpsons service is second to none

Simpsons service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and any responses are so quick and efficient. The Kalkan Regency Hotel where I go with Simpsons is outstanding and just stunning.

I placed 2 orders in early April totalling 12 items and over £200. It is now 13/6 and I have heard nothing. I’ve emailed all 3 addresses 3 times; left comments on Twitter and FB but nothing. They took my money straight away.
