Having had no contact I visited the store only to find suitcases on display. I asked if I could have 1 and they could replace when the delivery arrived but this was not a service they offered. I travelled all the way home only to receive a text a hour later to say my suitcase was ready for collection. Not useful and totally unavoidable.
