DPD driver from Carlisle depot.
Wednesday - can't deliver information missing from address!
No info requested.
Thursday - actually directed to the exact address by neighbour - driver lied and said we weren't in...I worked from home all day and sit by door?
Friday - supposed to be here between 1149 & 1249. I am in again - not holding my breath. Very poor customer service that there is no way to complain. Shocking service.

My parcel was delivered by a lovely gentleman to the door promptly and efficently as promised. The driver had no issues finding the property.

No parcel! No delivery card! No photo! No way of contacting DX just a comment to say contact the sender.
Not the first time things have been "lost" by DX
Update I have been invited to contact DXsocial - they caused they issue but I have to follow up! Any way I have been asked have I checked outbuildings. Yes I have - have they asked the driver where my parcel is? DX have been paid for a service to deliver my parcel - why is it now my responsibility to help find the blind??? From bad to worse

I was quite skeptical about the value of Hypnosis but after reading other reviews about Hypnozio which are positive I decided to give it ago.
It is very straightforward and easy to use. I just leave a tab open. The content is appropriate and is having the desired effect. The voices are very calming, make you feel safe and describe instructions clearly.
After using Hypnozio for 2 weeks now my only personal wish was there was some sort of written link beween the sessions but that could just be my learning style.
Overall very pleased I took the plunge.

Was kept up todate with emails & texts regarding delivery & expected timings.
30mins before delivery I recieved a phone call from the gentleman making the delivery he was very polite and everything went as hoped.

Like other reviews I wish I read them before I placed my order! Its been 3 weeks now.
The company are very good at bombarding you daily with emails - sadly just not hot on delivery.
Avoid at all costs.

I'm a victim of this scam too - I sent 2 Samsung S20's was originally offered £350 then recieved an email asking me to ignore the prwvious email. They sent a counter offer for £120 - it was very confusing as it's not clear if the offer was for 1 phone or both. I just wish like everyone else I had read the reviews first. So far no money - no phones -gutted!

My parcel was due to arrive Thursday, but was cancelled to Friday. The Friday driver decided I wasn't in, despite lights on and one of the dogs in the garden.
The photo provide as evidence I wasn't in, isn't even my property.
The dog barked, so I went outside, said DPD driver was at next door neighbours house (they were also in). Driver set off drove a short way slowly, stopped, moved forward, stopped again, the drove off at speed! He could clearly see me!
The chat service is not user friendly and consistantly lost connection.
My husband delivers goods so I understand the pressure on drivers - but come on you are being paid to do a job - don't lie to cover your lousy work ethic.

Very fast easy to use service, good offer for my Samsung S9 originally. Recieved the return envelope within the specified time. Easy to follow instructions.
The only thing is I'm really not sure how my phone developed screen burn during the postal period enough to down value my phone by £40! But hey all the rest was a smooth process. The payment of the devalued amount went in the bank as advised it would.
