I needed the tracking done on my car…
I needed the tracking done on my car only the front wheel drive. I attended my appointment and waited 2 and half hours. Then was told couldn't do it needed a different ramp. I was asked to attend the week after. I went to the appointment and they started the tracking and finished. Once finished the lady told me I tried my best but the car you have isn't easy to get the tracking done. I left and was frustrated wasted my time as I drove home my car was still pulling to the left. So I now need to go to a different company because no chance I'm using Halfords ever again total joke company.
I tried to contact online and deal with the shocking service I received told me to go back and let them check it again like why would I want that? Twice already no chance for a third no refund and shocking assistance online. I have the evidence on the car tracking not being done properly and still they don't care.
