The drivers were on time and polite. The packaging was in very poor condition however. Missing an essential strap so the air conditioner had fallen through the base with the plug cable loose hanging out and the polystyrene broken.
The internal packaging had clearly been in and out of the box before delivery as large chunks were missing completely. No safety cover on the plug.
We immediately requested a refund as we cannot be sure the product is new or safe and are still waiting.
The drivers seemed to think the damaged and filthy condition (also dirt and dried bird pooh on the box) was standard and said they get moved around warehouses every week for months and months so what did we expect!
We did not expect this when purchasing a brand new product from AEG.
Very disappointing all round.

The new air conditioner is clearly not new. The packaging is damaged inside and out, with chunks of polystyrene broken and missing. The plug was loose and had no safety cover. It had collapsed through the box at the base. The people who delivered it said it had probably been moved every week around warehouses as nothing stays in a warehouse for longer than that since the pandemic! There was dried bird pooh on the top of the box which was filthy!
I now have to wait at least a week for someone to come and take it away and then at least another week before I can be refunded. Bought direct from AEG and deeply regret it now! Should have gone with John Lewis!

This our 3rd throne for our princesses! They absolutely love them. For sleeping, as observation stations, and for scratch fests! They last years! Thank you!

Gorgeous wallpaper and great service

The customer service, delivery and the cake design are worthy of 5 stars but the black fur icing had no flavour, it was bland and bit stodgy. The cake was quite dry. Looks superb but disappoints on flavour and texture.

This is great for the whole ground floor - amtico flooring and rugs. The flooring is quite dark so all small bits and crumbs and fluff are immediately visible. I now pop Eufy on and carry on with my work and magically the floor is clean again.
It is also great at picking up the cat litter and the kittens are growing in confidence with it daily.
It's not great at finding its way home when in a different room but it does get there and for the money, it's wonderful! Easy to use, easy to empty and clean floors everyday!

The service from AO was excellent from purchase to delivery and installation. We are delighted with the customer service and that it is easy to speak to someone if you need to check something about your order (which we did).
Polite, friendly and prompt delivery, removal of the old dishwasher and installation and testing of the new one. Professional service all round.
