Exceptional !

As i approach the end of my 12 week tritation period and released back to my GP with a shared cared form, and ahead of my EOTR this coming Tuesday, 10th March 2026, I felt it valuable, important & pertinent to pass on some final feedback to you all, in relation to Helen.

My titration began on shaky ground, but i was assigned Helen as a prescriber and have worked with Helen through this process from day one of my medication starting.

Helen has been superlative, exemplary, phenomenal, & exceptionally outstanding throughout all of my dealings with her. She truly has been world class class.

I had grave concerns about the level of data, processes, understanding i would need to undertake, in this complex and detailed titration process, and was very worrid if i would be able to understand it and stick to it, but due to the faultless support from Helen, I feel it has been perfect.

Helen as offered support, explanations, clarity & understanding, along with always going above and beyond in her role and assisting with clarity and guidance where needed. Nothing has every been too much for Helen in my care.

Helen has committed, stuck too, & executed every appointment on time, never been late, never changing plans, never cancelling & has always delivered exactly what she has stated she would within my care and support throughout this process.

Helen has offered something that you cant put a price on, Kindness, understanding, & non biased or judgemental approach to helping me every step of the way.

She is a credit to the Health profession& PUK & I am thrilled for anyone fortunate enough to be assigned Helen as a prescriber moving forward.

I do not press the point enough, when i say, Give this lady a medal !!

I would be grateful if Helen’s senior management team and Helen were all shown my full feedback & she is given the appropriate praise & recognition she so rightly deserves.

Exceptional Team

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about the team working at one of your Manchester city centre stores. While I have already expressed my thanks to them in person on several occasions, I felt it was important to write directly so that their efforts are recognised more formally.

As you will know, Manchester is saturated with places to buy coffee. There is certainly no shortage of choice in the city centre, and I could easily visit a different café every day if I wished. Yet despite this, even when I am not travelling, I find myself returning to this Pret store daily. The reason is very simple: the people working there.

The team consistently create an atmosphere that is welcoming, professional, and genuinely warm. From the moment customers walk through the door, they are greeted with friendly faces, efficient service, and a level of attentiveness that goes far beyond what is typically expected in a busy coffee shop environment. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and in representing your brand.

What stands out most is their ability to maintain this level of service even during busy periods. The team works with impressive coordination and positivity, ensuring that customers are served quickly while still feeling acknowledged and valued. In an industry where speed can sometimes come at the expense of hospitality, this group manages to achieve both.

For context, I spent 15 years working as a hotel manager in the hospitality industry, so I am particularly aware of the challenges of maintaining high service standards day after day. I know first-hand how much effort, teamwork, and leadership it takes to create a consistent customer experience. Because of that background, I recognise just how impressive this team’s performance really is.

They are a credit not only to Pret & Piccadilly train station, but to the hospitality industry as a whole. Their professionalism, attitude, and customer focus are exactly what make people return to the same place again and again. Quite simply, this team is the reason I choose this store.

I hope this message can be shared with the store team and their management so they know their work does not go unnoticed. In an industry where feedback is often given only when something goes wrong, it feels important to highlight when things are being done exceptionally well.

Helen Is Phenomenal

7-9 Piccadilly is shocking

The Assistant Manager of the store 7 -9 Piccadilly In central manchester is appalling. Rude, aggressive, abrupt, argumentative 7 shockingly bad at any form of customer service

Once raised with customer service they replied stating that the reason for this was respecting data protection and that is also the reason nobody answers the phone and the pharmacist cant walk all of 5 yards to take a call.

Awful service from the assistant manager and equally pathetic response from customer service

Having registered at Lever Street Manchester practice i have to say they are excellent.

The Reception team were fantastic with the signing up process & very helpful & polite

The communication was excellent throughout.

I went today & was greeted by a very helpful team at the desk & a really helpful dentist, Georgina & her colleague who really looked after me.

A truly excellent experience

I moved from a HORRIFIC GP Practice to this one.

The registration was excellent & easy to understand

Since then, Ive dealt with them a few times for a few different things, their communication is great and they actually do what they say they will do, when they say they will.

They call on time, they respond to communication & are easy to deal with

waste of time trying to speak to them.
Called them 17 times to arrange medication delivery & all you ever get is

" we can't connect your call, Call back"

You call back & guess what, Nothing.

Little hope of them been able to deliver medication of they cant answer the phone in a week

APPALLING ON ALL LEVELS

15a City Tower Manchester store staff are unreal & beyond slow & rude to customers.

You go in before work & they go at a pace a snail could beat

They clearly think nobody has anywhere to be.

The female staff working every morning with long blonde hair has a face that could turn milk sour

She is exceptionally rude, lazy & can be heard slagging customers off to other staff

They let the homeless & endless amounts of Delivery drivers doss here & its a breeding ground for bacteria given how filty every table & the floor always is

They encourage shoplifting by doing nothing & pay a security guard from the inflated prices they charge us to stand playing games on his phone

A disgraceful place

I nipped into the branch innManchester Picc today at lunch time & was served & looked after by the most helpful lady.

There were only team members on & the other was a man.

She was helpful, kind, proffessional & genuine in her customer service.

I struggle due to disabilities & becoming overwhelmed & she was excellent

Truly Horrendous

A truly heinous & horrific organisation.
I was refered to them 3 years ago with a 2 year wait for an assesment & a further year for medication.

When i reached the top of the medication list 4 months ago i was assigned a prescriber who was nothing short of useless and a bully. I repeatedley explained i struggled with information and understanding the process of the many things they ask you to do when tritation starts and instead of offering help she simply said if she had to explain it again she would just discharge me.

I have been communicating with the Experience team for nearly 6 months and all they ever do is send vague and Virtue signalling emails but nothing ever gets resolved. They are always "chasing" this or "looking into" that.

You call them and get team members who have zero clue what they are talking about.


Endless emails with no clear information in them & endless lack of any kind of support

i aksed them for a simple letter 2 weeks ago to outline my condition, treatment and time under their care and they still after about 20 emails not managed to do it & refuse to provide any kind of straight answer about it

Its truly horrific on all levels

They even allowed the Dr who had been assigned as my prescriber & threatened to discharge me, contact me directly whilst a formal complaintbwas ongoing and read me the riot act and give her detailed opinion on a complaint logged against her !!

Walk it would be better

Booked at 5pm
deapite this no show at 5pm when you ring them there attitude stinks

" its your own fault for booking at taxi at rush hour"

repeatedley told 4 minutes away from 5pm - 5:30pm

Had to be in Prestwich at 5:30pm and the taxi turned up at 5:28pm

If you cant run a taxi in rush hour traffic maybe consider another career

it should not come as a shovk there is traffic in the city at 5pm

The staff on the phone could not care any less if they tried.

Whats the point in booking a taxi for 5pm if they. cant even get that right

Heinous

The branch in Manchester Picadilly gardens has to be one of the roughest, awful branches they have.

They charge a ridiculous £9.00 for a breakfast meal deal and a second coffee, which looks like its been scraped together out of a skip and thrown together.

The Coffee is awful and barely cold and then you are greeted with every heroin addict in the city that they just sit inside bothering people

Avoid it if you value money, and safety

Ignored reported crime

Horrific would be putting it lightly.
I reported a Robbery to the police that took place within my home. I was the victim & the item my own personal possesion.

GMP have documented the repeated, several failed attempts to get any kind of response from Zenith who should be assisting the police with their enquiry.

GMP note a never ending issue with them, not answering the phone, not taking calls if they do answer, not replying to emails, not providing updates, not providing the CCTV.

Zenith have advised me that its taken them over 2 weeks to get the CCTV footage GMP were requesting week commencing 2/10/25 & as yet theg still dont have it.

Apparently, the one & only contractor they asked to attend site & get it, who Zenith also describe as "worked for us for a long time, & is very good at his job" has failed to do his job & also failed to respond to calls from Zenith about this!

As such & as a direct result of Zeniths never ending inability to deal with anything, GMP have closed the case due to lack of evidence.

The police note they have made a formal complaint about Zenith

Ive logged a formal complaint

Zenith have always been & continue to be an utterly shambolic organisation

Horrific, horrendous, awful on all levels

The 5 Star Taz Treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to please on some thanks for my recent DS Refresher Trainer in Manchester on 16th & 17th October. Taz.

Taz was excellent throughout the 2 day course

She was dilligent, proffessional, welcoming, friendly & her teaching style was excellent.

She clearley represents the SIA, Get Licenced & the Industry in a cery proffessional manner & I was fortunate to experience her training which i found very valuable.

Taz is an absolute credit to Get Licenced, the SIA & the Industry she represents.

Id be honoured to work on any door with Taz by my side.

I feel that Get licenced send out too many watsapps, TXT messages and emails & lots of emails trying to get people to buy more courses & that puts me off Get Licenced as a company but i simply can't fault Taz at all

she was amazing.
