I was a bit confused about the station I picked to leave from and if I purchase the right one yhe reps were very quick to answer with all information I asked. Very excited to get.to london again.

Have had the insurance for a few months very happy with the customer service but not very happy with the turnover time for claims I understand there is a backlog but when you put in 3 claims and you still haven't received payment back for one not too happy about that. Have had pet insurance previously and was reimbursed Max 2 weeks. Unable to proceed with another test because I'm still have about $1500 out there floating around. Otherwise the customer service people are very nice
