Great staff, and got the car I reserved.

The car was good, and size as advertised, so no hassles fitting my luggage. Unlike some bigger firms that always seen to "bait and switch" and need an argument to get the car you paid for.

As I was going to be driving some back roads I asked how to access spare tyre, as it was not obvious. The person I asked didn't know, so they went and got someone who did. Both of them were super friendly and seemed happy to help.

Crystal Reps were friendly and helpful.

Crystal Reps were friendly and helpful.
They were easy to find on arrival at Innsbruck, and there were plenty of them around checking everyone got on the right bus, with snowboards and bags for each destination in the right part of the bus to speed up unpacking at each drop off.

Innsbruck airport had a fairly major baggage handling failure on our departure, again plenty of reps around keeping us up to date, and advising where to wait in as much comfort as possible, and then once our flight baggage drop off was available they gave helpful tips about alternative security areas to avoid the main scrum, saving at least 15 minutes security time.

Well designed and maintained trails

Well designed and maintained trails

The trails are brilliant, even the climbing trail is technical enough to be interesting.

Parking is a bit challenging at the weekend, and the lines for registration are slow when running at capacity.

The need for a risk acceptance form seems to be the main problem. The team were trying to help this by walking the line with a tablet to help people fill it in while in line, but still people managed to get to the front of the line without filling in the form and tying up the desk. Perhaps have a set of kiosks where people can do their risk acceptance, and then re-join the line at a designated merge point so that the check in desks are not tied up.

Have been using them for about 20…

Have been using them for about 20 years. I do sometimes look elsewhere and never got better price for the same quality of insurance.

I have made two claims on the household insurance in that time and they handled everything, just sent me a prefilled claim from to sign, and then chased the insurer until it all came through.

Superb customer serrvice

I ordered a replacement seat for an aeron chair.

It was a slightly small size as my chair was old, so I could not fit it myself. So asked for and was offered a refund.

Two hours later an engineer from the company turned up as he was passing and decided to take a look. He established that while the parts were not perfectly aligned, he could make them fit together correctly and safely.

No extra charge for this service, and I now have a perfectly working chair which should last many more years.
