Highly concerning business cultural acceptance of responsibility

Put my car into Laleham road staines for a service. On leaving a noise was happening took it straight back asked me to come back in the morning. In the morning told nobody can see it. Was told this problem sorts itself a week later. A week later brought it back and was put on the ramp after taken out to hear my concern. Told they haven't touched the gear box and that's the problem will cost me 1500 ish for a new one. I then took it to another non halfords garage. They changed some bolts and charged me £40. Halfords refused to refund me this. As a long term customer all faith has been lost. I will not be renewing my membership and strongly feel the need to share my experience

Cannot cancel my subscription

Cannot cancel my subscription, so far have spent 3 hours on hold.
This morning told the AI system I wanted to renew and was put through to a person straight away. When I told them I wanted to cancel put back on hold. That was 45 minutes ago.

Design fault on cooker

Bought a cooker, by the time the engineer appointment arrived. Out of 28 day return now not being honoured. The cooker oven gives off excessive steam. Told this is not a fault part of the design Therefore cannot exchange it. Customer service is very poor. Whilst I'm left with a cooker giving excessive steam from the oven over the electric sockets.

Not greedy at all

I contacted AA mobility out of hours and was suprise to get a response. They took the time to look at the photos and put recommendations in. The most enlightening part is that it was done in a non greedy leading way. So much so I was £120 better off from other quotes. As I am sure that a number of their customers have vulnerabilities I would feel confident on my experience recommending vulnerable people to this service
