Great service as always

Have used TLC many times in the past - always great service: v competitive pricing, incredibly rapid delivery with their own vans - and speedy pick-up when needed. Couldn’t recommend more highly

No refund given despite proof of return - and no answers to emails. They’ve just stolen my goods/money.

I returned £150 of clothing that didn’t fit. Despite repeatedly giving them the tracking details showing that they received my return they just kept saying they were ‘looking into it’ before stopping replying altogether. They have obviously now re-sold the goods and kept my money. I think they were stringing me along until I could no longer submit a chargeback claim. Previously thought this was an ok company - but massively let down by their customer service - recommend avoiding!

Overall a good experience - would recommend

Overall, would really recommend Motorway. A comparatively simple process - obviously a little more work and hassle than part exchanging or webuyanycar - but massive upsides of no haggling and a much better price. We ended up with £1500 more than our PX offer, and around £1000 more than webuyanycar. For that, I’m willing to take some photos and have a few phone calls!

Process was very simple from the start - useful valuation (which we ended up getting more than), helpful and speedy responses on the phone, and a pick-up / transfer that I stressed about but was actually totally plain sailing and easy. Would definitely use again.

Only downsides were a few too many email loops and confirmations before the car was actually put into a sale, and a bit of a lack of communication from the courier who collected the car. But that’s not too much to complain about, really.
