After being let down and swindled by another company advertising on social media (MODA) Garden4less rescued us and had our furniture to us by the end of the week as promised. They answered the phone promptly when called and when the furniture arrived it was fabulous quality. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

No communication at all from customer support. I was convinced I’d been scammed!
The advert said most things were in stock but turned out it was a 10-12 week waiting period! Absolutely shocking experience

Still waiting for a reply. Had no communications despite sending 5 emails and trying to call them numerous times. Feel I’ve been scammed as they have taken my money. Not sure what I can do.

I have checked your order confirmation and notice your Hampshire sofa was purchased on preorder.
When an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we allow customers to place a pre-order for it. This means that we display on our website above "add to bag" and on your order confirmation when we expect your delivery to be.
The estimated date on your confirmation email is 20th - 24th. I can see your delivery reached you on the 30th, my apologies for the delay.
