I had problems with the delivery for a wedding present which was a combination of delivery company and probably the people who were going to recieve it.
Nothing to do with Coldsteel, yet Tony from customer services pursued this relentlessly for me and was absolutely awesome. Issue was resolved and I think this man deserves a medal and pay rise. Me and my brother have been customers since it first was available in the UK, and will be for a long long time after this.
Trust this company they put customers at the heart of their business.

Dharm was exactly the kind of instructor I was hoping for. Relaxed, friendly and a great teacher. It felt like it was one of my friends was in the car teaching me which helped me so much in settling my worries and nerves.
He works at your pace, if you need a break, need to go over something, he works with you and helps you direct you lessons.
I have only ever driven on the road with dharm, never in my parents or friends car and I passed 1st time with 1 minor.
Trust me, choose Passsafe!! I feel so lucky to have have stumbled across them.
