The ordering on line was very easy, delivery was very quick and the packaging was world class so everything arrived safely. I did have a query and it was dealt with very professionally by Martin (Customer Service).

Once we had uploaded very clear images of the car, the experience was first class. Motorway were very professional and friendly and the whole process clear, concise with regular updates. Once the vehicle had sold with an offer over the valuation! The process for the handover to the dealer was quick, efficient and straightforward.

Delivery was made within time, when I opened the door the driver had the parcel on the floor at the gate hopefully he wasn’t going to leave the parcel at the gate?

We ordered direct from Isabella with delivery to BCH. We received a call from BCH stating our order was delivered a couple of hours ago and ready for pick up. We arrived a few hours later and our order was ready for us behind the counter. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

The driver left our parcel on the drive where it could have been stolen. Our instructions were to leave the parcel in the porch if we were out which we were not.

We bought a bed base from Benson, advice and service was good from the sale staff. Delivery date is slower than we expected.

The choice was good and pricing clear and ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was quick to arrange with a choice of dates and times, delivery arrived at the appointed time. Drivers mate did the majority of work trying to get the tumble dryer off the truck with the driver sitting in the cab.

We were looking for a hotel stay for our son longer than 2 or 3 nights. Unfortunately only 2 nights max, how about allowing a longer stay if required?
