I've tried to open case regarding an item a buyer hasn't received through eBay and because it's perfume it's a prohibited item and I cannot open a case which is unfortunate. I've emailed royal mail customer service as they never pick up calls and gave them all the required information and screenshot but they are still not able to reimburse me, I don't get it as I have the receipt details with the item reference. It's very unfortunate they can't do anything to help me out.

I have been an eBay seller for about 10 years now and I sold a perfume set, but i sent it second class but not tracked and I received a reference number instead as I use online home collection through royal mail. The buyer said they didn't receive it and eBay went in their favour and refunded them from my account and due to this eBay has restricted my account and I can't sell more items.

Also I can't open an appeal case as it's a prohibited item which is annoying. It's very unfortunate that eBay can't help sellers well enough and basically just ignore us when we need help.

Bought this as reviews were great however it has not helped with eczema on my neck, around the mouth and on my fingers, It actually just makes me itch more and then I end up applying a steroid cream. Only thing it helps with is dry skin that's all.
