They can't help me out 😭
I've tried to open case regarding an item a buyer hasn't received through eBay and because it's perfume it's a prohibited item and I cannot open a case which is unfortunate. I've emailed royal mail customer service as they never pick up calls and gave them all the required information and screenshot but they are still not able to reimburse me, I don't get it as I have the receipt details with the item reference. It's very unfortunate they can't do anything to help me out.
