Can't understand the poor reviews for amazon always deliver on time and any issue resolved via on-line chat on the 1st time of asking.

Trouble free experience got the quoted amount for my phone very happy with this company

Can't fault the call my question was answered and my bill was produced and I could access before the call had even finished

Order a couple of items and they came in just over a week. One item was to big so returned it and the refund was back in my account on the same day as I sent the item.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone who needs electrical work or solar panels fitting.

What a joke they are they have said item did not have enough postage which it did according to there own dimensions. Asked for a further £1.50 and it took them to do this 16 days from the date I posted the item.
No wonder they are in trouble as a business. DPD, Yodel anyone else does a better job

So I tried to ring them to say let me know where it is and will come and get it myself as I know if will easily go in my car. so the specialist courer is utter BS.

Well you can't speak to anyone as it's all automated and never give you the option to be put through to an adviser.

And the Chat funciton is an utter lie, its not chat is just a send message so false information on the website, as chat is a real time conversation like Amazon do really well.

I recently purchased a few items from OHS, and I am thrilled with both the fabulously affordable price and the outstanding quality of the items. The affordability of their products is truly impressive, and it doesn't come at the expense of quality. Making it an excellent value for money. If you're looking for a combination of a fab price and great quality products, OHS is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended!

If I had of known part of the same business as JD sports I would never have bothered to order.
Only ordered a few times from JD sports and only once was the expereience smooth.
So I ordered of Jacamo on the 19th December and then today on the 22nd I have looked on my account as not had any email updates and they have cancelled and refunded my order. I still have not had an email to confirm this. Such a poor customer service. They need to invest in a good IT system or people that can count so they can make sure the amount of an item they have on the system is available and not keep cancelling people's orders.
