Customer service...
Made my order on the 17th of January and it only arrived on the 7th of February. I love Happy Tabs products but the customer service (which I contacted twice) works really bad. If I didn't know that their products were already good, I would never again buy from them. Anyway, I think what makes a great company isn't just their products but the way they treat their clients... and that has a lot to improve in my opinion. Improve that... and you'll rock!
