Customer service is awful allowing people to scam you. Purchased something from a UK domain returned to the return address on item which was UK yet they say I need to return to China and I got scammed as not items I paid for and PayPal dont care dont bother there service is utter rubbish!!

AVOID this company received phone cases that are unusable as the screen cant be used to be touched, typed played on with them and contacted them as I did a return to the returns address on the box and now they say its wrong and wanted them returned to China!!

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Awful manager spoke to me so rudely and threatening at the golden grove branch and I spoke to head office who didnt care absolute terrible staff working for them. Won't be using again neither will my friends and family

Not a good experience I had an issue and paypal refused my transaction for a refund so now I am expected to be out of pocket I wouldn't bother using them and will be closing down my account since all they ever care about and side with is sellers and are not helping us buyers

Had a serious complaint to make after having some issues with the app at a whetherspoon branch I selected my location it even come up to confirm but when the order went through it diverted to a different pub and even when I showed staff it kept happening. I had to call the other pub the Golden Grove and the manager there was very rude to me I have never experienced anything like it before. I put a complaint in with head office and they don't seem to care either and now im left out of pocket.

Avoid you use them to keep the costs down and you even make sure you pay for more than your parcels actual weight and then they wait until a few weeks after the dispatch and send you an email saying they have taken more money from you due to the weight being over and try to lie and say it was 1.5kg over which when checked it didn't even reach 2kg which was paid for let alone 3.5kg in total. Just take money from the account as well disgusting company avoid them as ripping off customers

Don't even bother with this platform you pay buyer protection fees for no help and support bad sellers are allowed on here send you faulty items and get told you have to return using signed for delivery and won't get reimbursed. Why should buyers have to pay return costs when sellers have lied and sent out faulty broken goods. Don't bother using customer service is rubbish too better off with ebay at least the return is at the bad sellers cost and not genuine buyers like this platform leaving me out of pocket!
