I think they are scammers

I have ordered chairs on January and I have sent the several emails to the customer service which doesn’t exist at all on March and April and it was written to me it should have been delivered within two weeks as a copy paste text. It's been almost 18 weeks since I have ordered chairs. It was written on your website that they would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks and there is no action for delivery. I will take legal action.

Het spijt ons om te horen dat u een negatieve ervaring met Svenlars beleeft. Graag lichten we toe dat we een nieuwe eigenaar hebben en dat als je aankoop vóór 20 juni 2022 heeft plaatsgevonden, deze is afgehandeld door de vorige eigenaar. Hoewel we hard hebben gewerkt om ervoor te zorgen dat eventuele eerdere problemen van klanten worden verholpen, kun je als je nog steeds een probleem hebt, rechtstreeks contact opnemen met de oude eigenaar via helporders@outlook.com.

We blijven ons inzetten om alle nieuwe klanten een goede ervaring te bieden door middel van goed geprijsde artikelen, snelle levering en uitstekende service na verkoop.
