Lovely assortment and the website, very caring support. The order delivery time indicated on the website was not accurate (instead of 1-10 days it took around 3 weeks).

Unfortunately the order was not processed at first and therefore it was delivered later then necessary. The chair itself is wonderful.

I've never had to deal with such bad customer service and struggling to even know how to take legal action for this. I ordered outdoor furniture on 17 March and it never got delivered, so I sent them multiple emails to send me a refund and they reply that they're looking into it with high priority. It is now 7 June and I haven't received anything. They owe me over 650Euros.

I have ordered chairs on January and I have sent the several emails to the customer service which doesn’t exist at all on March and April and it was written to me it should have been delivered within two weeks as a copy paste text. It's been almost 18 weeks since I have ordered chairs. It was written on your website that they would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks and there is no action for delivery. I will take legal action.

Robbery. Customer service non-existing, only respond after 6 weeks, telling that they haven’t got a clue about status of order. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible.
I ordered chairs and haven't got any message about it. They are not responding, have no phone number and got my money. If this taking any longer, I'm going to the police. Absolutely feels like a scam.

Fast and informative shopping experience with great pricing. Shipping not as quick as advertised, but ultimately still fast enough. Would shop again!
