I was searching for a new pair of Teva Terra Fi 5 sandals to replace my ageing Fi 4 pair. BCH had the best price for my size so I placed the order. Huge range of products, attractive prices and very fast delivery. What more could you want? Bagging a deal on delivery charges is great for regular customers (and even occasional ones).

After contacting MotoCoverz for advice, I settled on a long wool "The Enigma" cover with cotton straps and the little brush. The order arrived really quickly and even included a special, personal gift - thank you Matthew! My BMW R1100GS has a very "hollow" seat, so I made some hooks to go on the straps, rather than attempting to tie them underneath. This has worked well and the cover hasn't slipped at all. I've only used it for a couple of hundred miles and the real test will come in June when I'm riding the NC500!

Loads of quotes to pick up and deliver my new motorcycle, including a specialist for bikes. He was competitive with good reviews and so I accepted the quote. Shiply provided a messaging service that linked buyer, transporter and seller. Everything went very smoothly and I'd use both services again.

I had trouble logging on to my account from my phone and the links in the emails from Octopus didn't work either. All I got was a purple line moving across the screen. I installed the app, which worked fine, but still the email links failed. After a couple of emails with the Customer Support team, Nicole M pointed me towards deleting the cookies from my Chrome/Android browser and, hey presto, all back and working again!

My motorbike broke just outside Oxford, as I was heading home to Cambridge with all my rally stuff on board (tent, bed, chairs, etc). I called loads of recovery companies, including this one, and Duncan was the first to return my call. He came and picked up the bike, luggage and me and took us to meet up with a friend in Milton Keynes. He was very careful when it came to loading and uploading the bike (a huge BMW R1100GS) and strapped it down most carefully. Quick, efficient and careful as well as about a third of the price (eventually) quoted by another company. Highly recommended.
