Amazing service!!
I checked that my phone was in good condition with a good battery life and it compiled to everything they were asking . I went to the post office on Wednesday and the money was in my bank by Friday lunch . What a fab service thank you!!

We were looking for a catio for our two rescue cats who are too unwell to run free and we also live on a busy road.
The minute we called Paul we knew we were in the right place, what a professional company. Paul’s is always at hand and the ladies in the office are so nice😊
We sent pictures of what we needed to be fitted to the house and all the measurements and extra photos and boom 💥 it was all sorted.
Shaun contacted us yesterday with the arrival time.
Shaun and Neil came today to fit it and we are so amazed how fantastic it looks - Thank you guys you are so lovely!!

We now have two very happy cats and that means a lot to us!!

I’ve purchased Spik and been carrying it in my bag for emergencies. I’ve only been using it a week now . So early days !!

At first I was unsure and did ask about a refund ! I was worried it was too strong in smell and then I was worried about my poorly cats. But it’s great and ok my my cats . I don’t put the whole bottle in and it’s still good.

Purchased the new OPI repair - £29.00 for a treat and it’s horrendous. Did what it said on the box and my lovely nails are so damaged now and very dry. OPI were not that interested just said send some photos. Boots were good and case file was raised and the item was refunded. . Poor show OPI :(

Went into the Shrewsbury branch today to look at walking boots with no knowledge at all on what to buy ..
Ended up buying two pairs of Merrells with assistance from Dan W.
