Overall good experience

Purchasing was easy, for the most part communication and tracking information was very good. I found this depended on which courier service was used. Had a slight hitch with a broken piece of furniture but it was resolved with a replacement and the damaged item was collected. Very pleasant staff to deal with. Overall very good experience

Easy to book tickets

Easy to book tickets and when I needed to make an alteration to the tickets it was no problem at all. Communication was quick, polite and efficient.

Fine received even though parking paid for!

After leaving a positive review of my experience of using the car park at Polegate station I have received a £100 fine even though I booked online through APCOA. I have appealed the decision but this can take 28 days, yet the fine is only reduced if paid within 14 days. I took great care in making sure I was in the correct car park as there are two. I was parked in the private (APCOA) car park and not the other car park which belongs to the railway.

Easy to book although there is…

Easy to book although there is confusion over which car park is run by APCOA at Polegate station as there are two. This could be made clearer on the APCOA page perhaps with an image showing exactly where to park to avoid parking fines.

Distressed after a terrible experience…

Distressed after a terrible experience trying to close an account after someone passed away. I have tried calling but the call is never answered, emailed but I never get a reply just an automated message that the email isnt open during open hours??? online chat but the chat closes saying all agents are busy. This has been going on since August and I am still receiving constant emails to place a new prescription (latest email today which I have now unsubscribed from). Even the GP has tried to make contact with no success.
