La relación calidad-precio es buena. Es la segunda vez que pido en firmoo. Por alguna razón al pedir las gafas con la misma receta que la última vez, uno de los números cambio y las gafas vinieron con la graduación equivocada pero afortunadamente me dieron un coupon para poder pedirlas otra vez y está vez llegaron bien. Las gafas son cómodas y fácil de limpiar.

Una experiencia absolutamente vergonzosa. La empresa miente deliberadamente diciendo que no había nadie en casa cuando eso no es cierto, solo para evitar hacer la entrega y enviar el paquete directamente a un punto de recogida.
Lo más grave es que se trata de paquetes grandes y pesados, difíciles de transportar, y los puntos de recogida no están ni siquiera cerca, lo que convierte la recogida en un auténtico problema para el cliente.
Esta práctica no parece ser un error puntual, sino algo habitual, lo que demuestra una falta total de profesionalidad y respeto. La desfachatez de mentir sobre intentos de entrega inexistentes es, sin duda, lo más indignante del comportamiento de sus empleados.
Un servicio poco fiable, poco ético y totalmente recomendable evitar.

Contacted them prior to ordering an item and the information they gave was incorrect, also the delivery took a week, more than advertised. They also tried to take down my review claiming it was not legot, which might explain their rating.

Update: They refunded the faulty item.

Old review:
I thought I found a good bargain... I ordered some products, some of which were ok and some of which were expired. I reported they sent an eyelash glue that was produced more than 2 years ago and wasn't even sealed and they said it's safe to use regardless of the production date. I assumed that maybe they did a mistake but they're obviously selling old products on purpose. 2 stars because customer support answered at least and some producys were ok.

Good idea but poor execution, in the end it is not worth even the discounted price. The worst part is when the food is not fresh
