'Failed' Deposit Not Refunded after One Month and Counting
It has been one full month since 23rd Oct 2025 when I made a failed deposit from my business account. After submitting supporting docs, and an endless series of automated emails from JustMarkets claiming to be working to "speedily" resolve the dispute, I get this email a month later today 23rd November FALSELY claiming to have resolved the issue. Worse still, there's not even a live support to attend to clients in special situations like this; just bots giving suggestions that end up resolving nothing. Service too poor. Please resolve my issue SPEEDILY. The last assigned case number is CAS-5007680-G1Y4P5.
It's now 1st December 2025. Yesterday I responded to the email mentioned in JM's reply and supplied the requested information. I am still waiting for my deposit or the refund accordingly.
