Bought Esse fire bricks and rope kit. Delivery was as good as it can be to my address and using third party carriers. I have had to adjust bricks slightly to fit my fire but that wasn't a problem.

From the moment Glen arrived he knew there was a problem on my line and had to search for ages to trace it. Great job and I am really pleased.

Great product arrived very quickly. My only quibble is it was very very over packed for the size of sign but maybe better safe than sorry, the box was huge.

Very competetive price compared to other insurers £55 cheaper for same cover, simple to deal with and added bonus of going through Quidco and got £45 cashback.

Arrived when they said they would, spent a long time trying to rectify the problem but couldn't due to lack of signal so not down to the work that they did. Good communication beforehand

Delivery was timely and the signs were very well packaged.
I will definitely use Colour Frog again in the future.

4 weeks from placing my order still no blind!
After chasing my order on 3 separate occasions, being told there was a delay in despatch (despite getting a despatch email five days prior to my asking for it to be traced) and receiving an apologetic reply each time the blind is still not with me. Cannot comment on quality as the blind is who knows where but will never use this company again simply on the appalling delivery - or lack of it.

Brilliant customer service. One parcel out of 3 went missing between carriers and Damien pulled out all the stops to try and trace it for us. Once it finally arrived the bed was easy to assemble, is very sturdy and looks great.

Very easy course to use, would like to be able to jump to specific info once the course is completed rather than have to go through each screen to get to where I want to be though.
