Disgusting post sale care

Ordered a product that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for- requested a return and was informed they only offer drop off or collection by EVRI - collection was booked and as expected EVRI didn’t show up, why do these companies continue to support this shambles of a courier firm who are the WORST in the UK , I would strongly advise you to not shop here based on their returns policy, why not offer Royal Mail (reliable) really disappointed

Great experience

Ordered 2 new cases from this site on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday; their customer service team are very quick to reply to enquiries, I emailed to check which postal service they use and they informed me it’s Royal Mail, (in case anyone is worried about Evri) cases are very high quality and my wife is delighted

A honest review

I submitted a transfer request on the 14th December to do a transfer from my Hargreaves LANSDOWN SIPP , the transfer has been incredibly fast and HL have today (18th) moved the assets out and they are showing as pending in the app- this has to be some sort of record for an in specie transfer and the standards all providers should work towards - to the negative review below re Vanguard transfers (the issue is with Vanguards administration team FNZ (they are diabolical) this should not reflect badly on IE

You’re also right to point out that transfer times can vary significantly depending on the ceding provider While we always work to progress transfers as quickly as possible on our side, some delays are outside our control and sit with the other provider’s administration process.

Outstanding experience

Had a footstool delivered today by Martin and Alex - the delivery guy was extremely friendly and brought the product to our flat without any moans or complaints even though there is no lift.

Absolute credit to the company and took all packaging away

This was our second delivery post our sofa and they both were excellent

Ordered a Christmas gift from this site, and Yodel their chosen useless courier has appeared to lose it, I’ve chased Yodel and also raised a ticket via their site but no response which is poor

I’ve used them before with no issues, I do think issue is their choice to use Yodel

Outstanding experience

Visited the Cambridge store and received exceptional service both times, the assistant was not pushy and was patient while we tried on nearly every pair in the store, lots of choice and variety and to £85 with a lens it can’t be beaten in my opinion

They are beyond 1 star

Ordered flowers for celebration- paid £7 for them to deliver on the day- they inform me as I didn’t pay extra for premium delivery they are stating 90% of orders arrive on the day specified. They use EVRI who are the WORST courier in the UK- honestly this company have the worst customer service, the response I received from Ben was patronising and no offer of help- have submitted chargeback on my card as I’m not happy

Ordered two straps for my Apple Watch Series 10 - they was a little bit delayed due to Royal Mail, I contacted customer services where a very helpful representative called Gary immediately dispatched two further straps due to postage delays, the true test of a company is when things go wrong and they acted immediately and I am very happy with my straps. Would recommend highly

My wife was booked in for a Guided injection in Cambridge for her hip, she was handled with the utmost care and diligence, the specialist Luke was so friendly and really caring and put us both at ease immediately, he explained what he was doing and why and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend his services to anyone who feels they need an injection.

Not so good when leaving

I had setup a pension with Investengine but decided I now wanted to transfer away due to time taken to execute trades , despite giving the impression they are a tech focused company ( they advised me they require a paper discharge form to be signed in order to transfer out) this is 2025 and there is an electronic system called ORIGO for pension transfers, unsure why they are not signed up when my new provider is, I think they outsource their pension administration to a third party is my guess.

Great and so speedy when putting money in but seem to add blockades and added time to move money away within a pension which means I can’t reinvest

No doubt will claim ts&cs

For the above reason I can’t recommend

Ordered for Christmas - delivered 10 days early

Made an order for a Christmas hamper and paid for and selected 22nd December as a delivery (as this was a gift) they decided to deliver the item on the 12th December completely ruined the element of a gift or a surprise- from a brand like this you expect better- their customer service is atrociously bad (offered to refund delivery fee or collect and deliver item after Christmas) appalling for what it costs.

I can't recommend

Made a small spelling error in booking, been a week and its still not resolved as they are the only ones who can liaise with the airline , the admin office has been quite rude and unprofessional in their correspondence, we have booked and paid for seats which are not showing as Travelup have changed the PNR - they are simply so unhelpful post sale - they want to charge £195 for a 1 digit spelling correction - Virgin make no charges

I purchased a used Fuji XS10 which was in incredible pretty much new condition, for an unbelievable price. The item was in the original box and I genuinely thought they had sent me a new camera , super speedy delivery and you can tell they take pride in their information and service that they provide

Great experience

Tried to book a cruise online but payment would not go through called in and spoke to James Robinson who could not have been more helpful - managed to find the same price as online for the booking - confirmation received within hours and tickets 3 weeks before we depart. So easy to book and great prices for what we wanted. Would recommend Cruise 118!
