Stop sending me emails.

It wasn't the accidental dispatch emails which caused inconvenience. It was my initial order, which arrived late, my emails which were ignored then your follow-up emails which were rude and unprofessional. Because of this, I will never use your online shop again and have spoken to many, many people about my bad experience. Please remove my contact details from your database. Thank you.

The email dispatch was indeed the result of human error during our backend upgrade, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. We have taken immediate steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future by implementing additional safeguards in our system.

EDIT following your revised review: After revisiting our email exchange, we did communicate with you about the delay with your package. We apologised numerous times, as we aim to have our parcels dispatched within a 24 hour period. As discussed, there was a severe shortage of courier drivers that affected many businesses, including SISU & FINN. We apologised for the inconvenience as we want our customers to have a seamless experience; in this instance our hands were tied. At your request, we promptly processed a refund for your order. However, due to the constraints of being a small business, your request for a refund and sending you the garment was not feasible.
