Review of Post Office Pet Insurance

I submitted a claim and basically did…

I submitted a claim and basically did the enquiries myself. Enquiry officers would send the same email a week apart to my vet chasing information without checking they were actually receiving the email and then they would threaten to close the claim. I then had the hassle of ringing my vet practise to be told they hadn’t received any request. After contacting the insurance they resent the request and the information was received. They then moved onto my dogs previous vet and it was the same again. I was on the verge of submitting a complaint, due to their inability or resistance to try and problem solve when receiving no response from their request. Not a great service when I had to conduct the enquiries myself!

We cannot thank Paws2Rescue enough for…

We cannot thank Paws2Rescue enough for the incredible work they do. We rescued the most amazing dog through their organisation, and the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

Our adoption journey began with completing the required forms and choosing a dog from their thoughtful recommendations. Before we knew it, our beautiful girl was delivered straight to our door. Throughout the whole process, we were kept fully informed, every step, every procedure, every update. The communication has been excellent from start to finish.

What truly sets Paws2Rescue apart is the care that continues even after adoption. Their support doesn’t end once your dog arrives, they remain available, reassuring, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of every animal and family they help.

We are so grateful for all their fantastic work and would highly recommend adopting through Paws2Rescue.

Review of Too Good To Go

My Starbucks EG Radcliffe good to go…

My Starbucks EG Radcliffe good to go bag from riverside retail was was extremely poor. Staff didn’t have any bags ready and the bag contained 2 croissants, 2 tiny pop cakes and a muffin. Not what I expected for £5.50. Bags from other companies have been so much better. I would have paid the same amount in the store.
