HALFORDS DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS

HALFORDS DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR CUSTOMERS. Unfair parking charge at Halfords in Oxford: I had a valid complaint: parked under 10 mins ( grace period) only to give the keys to Halfords so they move my car inside the workshop as I couldn't find a parking spot on their marked bays. Not my fault at this point as it is Halfords responsibility to then re-park on an authorised spot (all can be seen on cctv). However, I received a £100 fine from "Premier Park" and Halfords are apparently unable to do anything??? Are they not paying these thieves to manage their carpark? The company just replied with a standard rejection email without even mentioning the reason for being unable to further appeal. My family and I (6 cars in total) are all staying away from Halfords from now on for MOTs and yearly services.

DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY WILL TAINT YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION AND LOSE YOU CUSTOMERS. If you hate someone, buy them this

Was given this as a wedding present only to find most experiences are not available or you have to pay extortionate money to "upgrade". The experiences are double the price of what they are worth when bought directly from the vendor. If you ever want to gift someone an experience and you like them, dont use this site, if you want to give them hell then do. The website makes it extremely difficult to redeem and is design for you to spend extra money.
