Gone downhill
Incredibly disappointed after being rudely spoken to by a staff member in the food hall. The very helpful concierge tried to find me a manager to speak to, but couldn't and promised they would call. They didn't. Several lacklustre, generic and disinterested emails from customer service later (that I have had prompt and chase), there has been no apology, only a note to say the food hall have been informed. One would expect better from Selfridges.
