Gone downhill

Incredibly disappointed after being rudely spoken to by a staff member in the food hall. The very helpful concierge tried to find me a manager to speak to, but couldn't and promised they would call. They didn't. Several lacklustre, generic and disinterested emails from customer service later (that I have had prompt and chase), there has been no apology, only a note to say the food hall have been informed. One would expect better from Selfridges.

First class service at the Post Office…

First class service at the Post Office Insurance for our 16 week old kitten who came into a spot of bother. Used them for our two cats previously and were fantastic for end of life care. Wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pet insurer

The Post Office were amazing with my two cats and so sensitive when we lost them. I'd just renewed for my two new kittens - there's no way I'd use any other insurer.
