Major shipment delay, lack of support
I ordered my product on Sept 24. Three days later, I received an email saying that due to a technical difficulty, the orders would be delayed, but hopefully sent the following week. In the meanwhile, I asked for confirmation as to whether I had been signed up for a subscription or a one-time purchase. No response. Ten days after my purchase, by which time it should have been shipped based on their notice, I sent another email, requesting an update on the shipment. Again, no response. And today, 30 days later, I still have no response and no product (I am away from home for an extended period, so if the product has been delivered, it hasn’t been communicated to me). I don’t think I was aggressive or insulting in my emails, so I’m confused and frustrated that nobody will respond and give an update on a product that was ordered a month ago.
