Very Poor Customer Support

Very Poor Customer Support

There is absolutely zero customer support over email or phone.

I purchased a product from them and later requested an exchange. Even after following up multiple times, I still have not received any update about my exchanged product.

Their delivery person came and picked up the originally ordered product, but the replacement product was never delivered.

This kind of service is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward customers.
