We give up

Been using this company for nearly 9 years for our business in Middleton Manchester . Had the same driver Mike up until Sept last year . He was the best , collected everyday , never missed and was always on time . For some reason he was moved to another round even though he still picks up basically at the end of our road . Since then the service has been beyond diabolical. We have had 3 different drivers , constant no pick ups , no communication and this has now severely affected our business . Been waiting now 2 days for a pick up that has still not been collected so going to have to pay a member of staff to drive to Bradford and back tomorrow as this parcel in now late !!
This is NOT acceptable as a courier business , no one seems bothered when they are contacted and told the issues as it just seems like Groundhog Day everytime . We will now be looking for a new courier service as I am no longer prepared to have my business suffer because of incompetence.

Just keep being told no .

Currently waiting for robotic hysterectomy due on the 29th Jan . Been told that the consultation I was advised to use for this procedure at the Christie in Manchester is not on the list for here and only for London clinics . Had a call with the consultant and he is totally confused and saying he is in the list . His secretary has also informed Vitality and yet I’ve been told tonight that there is nothing showing . All this has been going on since 19th Dec 25 and I am still being told you will have to self fund at probably 8-10k .
I have a business policy with all my members of staff on who I as you can imagine isn’t cheap . I am beyond frustrated that no one can ring his secretary to sort this out for me instead of leaving me stressed and worried about an operation due in 23 days and that I am going to possibly have to pay for .
No one had offered anyone higher up the chain that could possibly fix this situation asap .

I am thinking that when the policy is up in May 26 that I maybe look to another provider for all my staff as would hate them to have to go through what I am currently having to .

Good morning, Lorraine. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am
sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your upcoming procedure and the confusion regarding consultant coverage. The frustration and stress this has caused are understandable, I have asked for a member of our care team to reach out so we can assist further and provide some clarification where we can. – Lisa
