I ordered a female sunscreen jacket which was supposed to be a gift for a friend, with order ID BT392570. It is not delivered until now. It’s been five days. The courier partner “ship fast” is not responding. Blue tyga customer care keeps putting me on hold stating “you are the first customer in line” but no one answered and I waited for literally 50 minutes. The worst part is, on the page it says order fulfilled, I did not even receive the order yet. The whatsapp contact for customer care provides tracking link but without AWB reference how can I track it? It is not provided. I really feel I made a mistake wasting my money here. They were so persistent from the time I logged in the page to complete payment but now, no one is answerable. Social media apps should really look out for what are genuine and which are fake before blind promotions.
