I had some tyres fitted at Halfords auto centre. I wanted to upgrade from the budget tyres I had on my car. On the way home my steering was vibrating so I went back the following day & they told me a weight had fallen off. They said it has been rebalanced but still the ride feels off the tyres are picking up the road surface badly. I rang customer services who have sent me around in loops with the garage. I have asked that the Bridgestone tyres on my car are removed and replaced with something else. I have been told to lodge a complaint that will take 5 to 7 days. I am going through a cancer diagnosis at the moment and this is far from helpful I am very annoyed. I am hoping someone at Halfords sees this review and reaches out to get this sorted. Very poor.

Ordered a Tissot PR100 to replace one I had earlier in the year for my 40th. The watch was delivered next day I did pay for the service. The product is great and I am happy with it. I would use John Lewis again.

Good communication before purchase. Needed a metal bracelet for my Tissot PR100. Didn’t seem to be able to get one online in the UK. Ordered on a Monday I think and it arrived by Saturday. It was in the official Tissot packaging. I was happy with the process and I would use again.

Purchased a Tissot PR100 green dial for my 40th birthday. I was able to use my key worker discount which was a bonus. Watch arrived the next day via DPD. Been a good experience.
