Utterly disgusting service and attitude. Broke down 100 yards from their autocentre, stuck in park and no power at all. Manager refused to offer any assistance to get car to him (i.e. no jump leads or powerpack). I had blocked road and police had to cone off. Still declined to offer any help.
Eventually got to them thanks to a good samaritan. They changed battery but insisted couldn't fix car and would not take on alternator renewal as it's "too big a job". Problem was actually a £45 belt fixed elsewhere.
