Hifix, is a great company, stocked full of top quality hifi brands. I purchased a rega turntable and preamp. On visiting the shop they set up a listening booth with the turntable and preamp for me to listen to ( try before you buy) . Mark the sales guy really knows his hifi equipment and offered plenty of advice before I settled on rega as my choice. I am really pleased with my purchase and choice of hifi vendor . Thank you.
Just a heads up to the vinyl record collectors in the location, Hifix has a real good selection of records and a back catalogue of RSD releases.
I will be back there soon to pick up a couple more records.

Brilliant customer service
One of the brackets we ordered was faulty and we had to send them back . Customer services delt with it brilliantly and we received our money back in full in less than a week . They did offer to send us replacements with a discount for the inconvenience as well but we had already replaced them .
