I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My shipment was marked "Out for Delivery" and was expected to be delivered today, but it was not delivered as promised. What is even more frustrating is the lack of cooperation from the management team. I clearly explained that this parcel is very important and is required for a major event tomorrow. Despite understanding the urgency of the situation, no effort was made to prioritize the delivery or provide a helpful solution. Instead, I was simply informed that the parcel would be delivered tomorrow evening, which defeats the purpose since I needed it before the event. Customers rely on promised delivery dates when planning important occasions, and failing to meet those commitments can cause significant inconvenience. The issue is not only the delay but also the poor customer service and lack of empathy shown when I requested assistance. A courier service should be able to communicate effectively and support customers when urgent situations arise. I hope Shadowfax improves both its delivery reliability and customer support standards. I will update this review if the situation is resolved satisfactorily.

I had high expectations for my first Chilly Bottle purchase. An engraved 1L Chilly Series 3 set me back £46.80. This is not a small amount of money and I expected a very robust and well designed bottle. The size was perfect for my needs. It’s a relatively slim bottle for the capacity and it fit into my traditional size backpack perfectly. My favourite part is the screw down lid. Effortless screw down with no annoying squeak. The bottle looks great, performs well and has no spillage or leaking when drinking. My only negative, hence the 3 Star, is how easy it is to scratch. Just from placing in and out of my backpack (with nothing harsh or abrasive rubbing up alongside it) it has already scratched significantly. The metal drinking bottle industry is huge now and Chilly markets itself on being premium and charging premium prices. Getting dents and scratches from nasty drops and bumps is fair game. But the bottle should be able to withstand going in and out of a backpack without scratching. I appreciate it’s only a bottle. But it’s a £46.80 bottle and like my other possessions I want it to look presentable for its lifespan.

Extremely disappointing experience with Goibibo. I booked a Vietnam Airlines ticket from Mumbai to Shanghai and paid in full, only to be informed after payment that ticket issuance could take up to 48 hours. This was never clearly disclosed during the booking process. I called customer support multiple times and was repeatedly promised a callback, ticket confirmation, or a full refund within an hour. None of these promises were honored. Instead, I was simply told to wait longer each time I followed up. The biggest concern is that Goibibo is neither willing to guarantee ticket issuance at the fare already paid nor provide assurance of an immediate full refund if they fail to confirm the booking. Poor communication, false commitments, and unacceptable customer service. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious when booking time-sensitive flights through Goibibo.

Awful experience on the online 'help', answered every question asked and more, got spoken to like I was stupid and then they blocked my account transfer saying they had concerns and wouldn't share what they are, took me nearly an hour to get to that point. I now have to drive 30 minutes away to a Lloyds bank to prove my identity as there are no bloody banks in West Wales, No Halifax in this county. To try and access my own money is going to have taken me in total about 4 hours out of my day! Once I prove my identity I then have to call back online helpline- WTF! Both my accounts will be closed as soon as possible.I appreciate they think they are only trying to protect me, but this is absolutely ridiculous with no explanation of what the issue actually is!

Tim was problematic from day one. My mobile line didn't activate automatically, and I was without internet for a week. After moving, I decided to get home internet, and they sold me Tim Wi-Fi Go alongside fiber, even though I didn't want it, saying I could cancel it in the first month. But they still haven't installed fiber in my house. My first appointment was for June 8th, and they called to cancel it right at the appointment time, not before. Even worse, I scheduled a second appointment for today, and this time they didn't come or even call. I'll be looking for other operators next week because what they did is unacceptable. What if they had installed it? Being stuck with this operator for two years sounds terrifying.

This company is a scam. I ordered a product, immediately I got a tracking number and followed the tracking for over a month. This shipment was shipped from Croatia. According to tracking , order stalled in CA and never moved again. I contacted them and they said they would ship a new one. Again tracking email sent , this time product shipped from china. After over a month tracking said item was delivered. It was not. Company would not credit me. Personally I feel the tracking info they send is bogus, and they never shipped any product. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!

I was offered a good deal on a MEL-NRT flight for 3 pax. I paid with a credit card and the money is taken from my Visa account. A few hours later they claim the airline increased the flight price and I can either have what amounts to a Kiwi.com credit note or wait 10 days and get the money back on my card. This is little more than a scam and I would never use them again. They offer a price they cannot supply and then hold your money. I'm looking into ACCC action against them.

Well I am truly amazed by their service especially after reading the negative comments here..I sent Samsung Fold 7 for inner screen repair. I was constantly updated with whats happening with my phone. Phone was collected on Monday, estimate given on Wednesday and Phone is back in my hand in brand new condition on Friday. That is super quick. Kudos to the whole team and please keep it up. P.S I am not a paid reviewer 😂

I paid for the dress and fairly high shipping costs, with 3–5 day delivery. After two weeks, the dress still hasn’t been shipped; the response was that it’s because it’s not in stock, so they take your payment, but in reality the dress isn’t available. Added after their response: There’s no point in replying by focusing on irrelevant details. I paid for a dress that you don’t even have in stock. Unacceptable!

The item wasn’t received by the collection point. Customer service very rude didn’t solve the issue. A person goes by the name of Mitch who claimed to be the customer service manager think that shouting at people on the phone is a good experience while not providing any kind of help. There are dozens of such retailers online I wouldn’t really bother dealing with such unprofessional people

My new washing machine, due for delivery & installation could not be done because my machines are stacked! Installers won’t install anything above waist height! Interesting as if you purchase a washer & dryer with a stacking kit from AO they won’t install it? Be warned as you will need to pay someone else to perform the installation which anyone could do in half an hour.

After reading reviews of others with same symptoms as mine, I ordered 1 that promptly arrived within said timeframe, charged & used that night, I have been managing without strong painkillers & now 2 weeks in had 1st night in bed without discomfort, I sure hope this is a sign of future pain free sleeping. Ordered one for dad now also.

Fantastic service from start to finish , heather is so friendly and polite . The lads arrived on time and communicated throughout , even the bad weather did not phase them . They dismantled old shed and decking and took it away . Job done knowing that all rubbish removed would be disposed of correctly . Great job done
