Here is a letter I have just written to Autoglass after booking an appointment with them. My car insurance company use them for windscreen repairs hence me using Autoglass. You can easily see the primary issue in my letter; Good afternoon, I have an appointment scheduled for Monday 11 May. Please could you advise when I will be provided with a reasonable and proportionate appointment time slot, as a 10-hour window is unacceptable due to the significant distress and inconvenience it would cause. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, service arrangements should be fair and reasonable. A requirement to remain available from 8am to 6pm without any estimated time of arrival is excessive, and I would expect a more specific indication of attendance time from Autoglass. I would be grateful if you could confirm: When I will receive an estimated arrival time; and Whether a narrower appointment window can be provided. I look forward to your response. Regards,

VERY bad experience with, what I thought, was a very good company. The experience with dealing with their branch in pitshanger lane, ealing broadway had been quite ok. But the tenant in my flat seems to have been taken on without doing any checks, taking copies of id, permanent address, or guarantor, to the extent her contract had been renewed a number of times and yet none of this info was taken and checked on. I have had a number of discussions with the lettings manager KARAM, who refuses to disclose that info saying he doesn't have it. How can the lease be renewed without proper checks. THIS is NEGLIGENCE AND CORRUPTION OF THE HIGHEST and should be investigated. This after confidence is gained from me of being "A FELLOW LANDLORD", "EMPATHY" and all that rubbish just to get the landlord to feel treated properly and with respect. IT'S all just ONE BIG LIE !!! I have been with this agency for a very long time.

I made a flexible booking for room which allows for cancellation and a full refund. I have not received the refund which was supposed to be automatic within 5 days, It is now a month since the booking. I have attempted to contact customer services online on four different occasion's with no resolution of the matter. I wrote to head office ( proof of delivery) no response. The customer services phone number is premium rate with a connection charge, I got through to someone who did not have a clue, and told me all customer service staff were on a lunch break, that was 11.45am! a five pound top up used in two minuets to the CS number. I will never use travelogue again, it appears to me that they zero respect for their customers. As with all Company's you find out their worth when things go wrong, and how they deal with a problem, Travelogue in my experience just don't deal with it.

Be extremely careful. I was quoted €127.34 for a room, but after clicking "Pay Now," I was charged €192.65. They waited until the transaction was processed to reveal €65.31 in "Tax Recovery" and "Service Fees"—a 50% markup. When I complained, Customer Care actually admitted in writing: "We sincerely apologize if the tax recovery charges and service/assessment fees were not clearly displayed." Despite this admission of "drip pricing" (which is illegal in the EU), they refused a full refund and only offered small "goodwill gestures." This site is designed to look like the official hotel page to trick you into paying massive service premiums. Book directly with the hotel instead and save yourself the money and the headache.

WARNING: Terrible Service & Lost Package! Avoid! Review: I paid a higher price here compared to other sites, expecting reliable service, but it has been a complete nightmare. My order (#EI010636383NL) has been completely stuck with zero movement since April 24. For two straight weeks, I have repeatedly contacted customer support, and they send nothing but the exact same automated bot replies! No human intervention, no solutions, and zero respect for the customer. It is a complete failure of customer service. Save your money, avoid the stress, and shop anywhere else. I am extremely disappointed and will be forced to file a chargeback

Communication was incredibly poor. I ordered an item (portable blender) and recieved a delivery timeslot the following day however, was then informed via email that the item was being returned to Ninja. No reason was provided. After receiving no update for 8 days, I contacted Ninja to request an order update and clarification on why the order was returned. I recieved a response confirming that a refund would be processed as Ninja were unable to re-ship the order. Despite asking again, no reason for this was provided. It made me wonder how long Ninja would have waited before contacting me about my order, if at all.

Jio and Reliance Industries limited is becoming a thief day by day. They are looting their customers in the name of recharge plans. There is no transperancy regarding the recharge plans and services. They are fooling their consumers in the name of terms and conditions. They are giving false commitment to the consumers in the name of recharge paln benifits. They can be called as white collar criminals. They are fooling the citizens of India. When I called their customer care executive and conveyed the issue they were simply saying so sir we can't help you in this matter. It's time to boycott this company.

Booking ref T7AY9579 Complete scammers. Cancelled my booking with less than an hour until check in due to “issues at the guesthouse” (something I now see is a common excuse to cancel bookings and keep people’s money). Full refund was offered and was told it would be in my account in 5-7 working days. No working email address, app sends you in circles and “guesthouse reception” is a mobile number that is never answered. I will be pursuing legal action as this cowboy company have fraudulently obtained money for a service not provided.

My dog needed 3 teeth removing, I tried making a claim but Sains Pet Ins had the wrong email address for my vets on their system. I asked them to change it, they said that it was my job to do this on their pet portal! This was impossible because obviously I cannot access their system. My vet said they had this problem constantly with Sainsburys who seemed incapable of updating the email address. I made an official complaint and hey presto they have now rectified their error and paid my claim.

I booked a flight with edreams and the flight is scheduled for the 14th of May returning on the 19th of May. One of the Airlines cancelled my flight and therefore the cancellation affects my entire trip. I contacted edreams on several occasions to cancel the entire trip and refund my money but edreams have not done anything. Please dont book with edreams they will not help you when you are stuck.i have all evidence. My booking refrence is 24942666844. I still need my refund

Stay away from this company! I paid for the insurance and filed a legitimate claim. They promised to process it and get back to me, but then completely disappeared. It has been a month with zero response across all channels. It is impossible to connect with a human being, and they do not honor their promises. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Absolute zero customer service and you will get fined although you allowed to park in the car park for 5 hours if you punch your number in the iPad . If iPad problem they ignore you and say speak to the parking ticket company , waste of time . I enjoy working out but not if the gym I pay doesn’t care about the customer .
