UPDATE AFTER FREELANCER'S COPY-PASTE REPLY: Do not give me generic, automated replies telling me to "monitor my email." I have been monitoring my email for nearly ONE MONTH while your support team did absolutely nothing but protect a scammer. Your support agent Elora explicitly emailed me and admitted that the bank chargeback was successfully resolved in my favor and the $150 is returned to the platform. If you already officially acknowledge that the money rightfully belongs to me and this is not a judgment against my work, then why are you still locking my funds? Why should an honest freelancer suffer and wait for a thief who already stole money from my account and blocked me? Stop hiding behind manual locks and internal deadlocks. I am giving Freelancer.com a strict 24-HOUR deadline once the business week starts to resolve this. I will proceed with formal complaints to external consumer protection authorities and I will NOT delete or change this 1-star review until my hard-earned money is released immediately into my wallet.

Very poor customer service repetitive stuff over and over again didn’t want to renew my policy they made very difficult for me to cancel their have a virtual chat which they force you to use isn’t fit for purpose freezes and get back when the customer isn’t available and even after instruction a customer service agent repetitively to can cancel my policy they still refuse to cancel the policy wouldn’t use Marshmallow again or recommend save your time and money use another provider leaving this experience and feedback as patience is exhausted after giving Marshmallow enough time to implement my wish.

My son really benefitted from both group and one to one Higher chemistry tutoring with Central Tutors. The service was highly professional and the sessions were well planned, interactive and full notes were provided after each one - this was especially helpful compared to school lessons where my son isn't always able to take suitable notes and keep up with what's being said at the same time. Jamie really knows his stuff and his patient teaching style suited my son who came out smiling after his exam! We are confident the tutoring has helped, I only wish I'd found Central earlier in the term.

I decided to finally have a try of the Tallow+Ash this week and the icing on the cake, I had a query with my product and the lovely Thea was super helpful and I’m very grateful for the fabulous help 100% recommendation. The shampoo and conditioner are such a wonderful scent but not over powering, even my hubby hasn’t complained and he tends to a lot about scented products. I picked up the fabric spray also and it is just as fabulous. I will be changing over now to tallow and will be washing all my tiny furry customers blankets and towels in this going forward.

Received a faulty goods, reported to customercare immediately. They promised to follow up, yet after more than a week there has been no response. It is extremely ridiculous, returns require the seller’s approval. This is extremely unfair. Under strict return deadline if they deliberately delaying responses until the 14-day return period expires, customer is effectively denied their right to return faulty goods. This is extremely unfair. It is the worst shopping experience we have ever had.

My order of some t-shirts were lovely. The colours were very bright, brilliant for summer and will look great with jeans, shorts or skirts. Excellent quality and wash lovely. I have bought Betty Bramble before and am happy to buy again. If there is one thing I would like if maybe the t-shirts were maybe an inch longer they would be perfection! Orders always arrive quickly and I have never had any problems with deliverers. Shopping with Betty Bramble for me is always a pleasure!

I paid for Filmora version 12. Now they logged me out, and tricked me into downloading version 15, which can not export my work without paying again or they put a watermark. They say you can downgrade to Filmora 12, but downloader will always install version 15. Basically a trap with constant "upgrade" pay. This is a scam.
